Wåhlin has advised SKYLOTEC NORDIC AB in their acquisition of the business of Sweden Entry Tools AB. The business mainly consists of developing and selling breaching tools and training equipment to military, law enforcement and fire & rescue services. Due to the nature of the business, the transaction required approval from the Inspectorate of Strategic Products under the new Foreign Direct Investments Screening act.
