Wåhlin has advised the Vancouver-based exploration company District Metals Corp in connection with a 4,510,000 CAD brokered private placement financing in the form of a new share issue to investors. District Metals, which is listed on the Canadian TSX Venture exchange, has acquired a portfolio of exploration properties in Sweden and the transaction has required a legal opinion on the Swedish business operation.
