If a client is dissatisfied with a service provided by Advokatfirman Wåhlin, the client should contact the law firm’s managing partner as soon as possible to discuss the issue and attempt to arrive at an amicable solution. If the parties have not reached an amicable solution after the client has notified the law firm, a client who is also a consumer may contact the Swedish Bar Association’s Consumer Disputes Committee. In this context, consumer refers to a natural person who is acting outside the scope of his or her business or professional activities.
