Senior Counsel Gothenburg

Björn specialises in real estate and tenancy law, as well as rental and condominium law. He assists in the formation of condominium associations, including the development of cost estimates and financial plans. Björn also provides support in handling all association law issues and matters arising from the lease and transfer of condominiums. He represents both property owners and developers, as well as associations and tenants. This also applies to various types of disputes in general courts and the rent tribunal.

Björn is highly involved in sports and non-profit organisations, serving as an active board member. Additionally, he is the legal counsel for the Swedish Figure Skating Association.

Björn is approved and certified by the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building, and Planning (Boverket) as a certifier for cost estimates and financial plans of condominium associations.
