Fredrika specialises in Swedish and international contract law. Her assignments are diverse, but generally share the common objective of achieving the best possible business settlement for the client. She provides assistance in all types of business negotiations, drafting of agreements, buying and selling businesses, dissolution of joint ownership, and resolving dispute-like situations.
