Per M. Kristiansson
Per is responsible for Wåhlin’s practice in maritime and transport law, as well as areas of insurance law. He assists both Swedish and international shipping companies, transport and logistics companies, as well as their underwriters and insurers.
Per is one of Sweden’s most experienced lawyers in his specialised areas, serving as the chairman of the Legal Committee of the Swedish Shipowners’ Association, a member of the Baltic and International Maritime Council (BIMCO) Documentary Committee, arbitrator, litigator, and General Average expert appointed by the Maritime Court of Gothenburg.
