Björn specializes in property law, especially with regard to rental properties and tenant-owner properties. He assists clients in founding tenant-owner associations, amongst other things with cost-estimates and financial plans. Björn assists in managing all association law matters and in issues arising on the transfer of tenant-owner properties. Björn represents property owners and developers as well as associations and tenants in various types of disputes in the general courts and rent tribunals.

Björn is passionate about and involved in sports and non-profit associations and is an active member of several boards of directors. He is also a legal counsel of the Swedish Figure Skating Association (Svenska Konståkningsförbundet).

Björn is certified by the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning (Boverket) to approve cost-estimates and the financial plans of tenant-owner associations.
