New agreement on restrictive covenants in employment contracts
PTK (collective organization for 25 unions) and Svenskt Näringsliv (Swedish Industry and Commerce) have signed a new agreement on restrictive covenants in employment contracts. The new agreement will enter into force on December 1 2015 and will replace the current agreement of 1969. Peter Bengtcén Hummelblad at Wåhlin lawfirm recently commented on the new regulation in the latest issue of Fordonskomponenten.
