Wåhlin is a member of the international association Interlaw. Interlaw has trusted independent business law firms around the globe as members. The aim of the association is to create networking, contacts and business exchange.

On June 7-10, 2012, Law Firm Wåhlin hosted the Interlaw EMEA Regional Meeting. The Conference took place on the recently opened Clarion Hotel Post in Gothenburg. The theme of the conference was ”The Unidroit Principles in cross-border transactions”. Professor Christina Ramberg was one of the main speakers and also moderator for a panel discussion on the theme. Participants also met in Special Business Teams within the different law areas.

The participants also enjoyed the best of Gothenburg. Exhibition and cocktails at the Hasselblad Foundation, dinner cruise with M/S Erik, seafood buffet, guided city tour of Gothenburg by tram, guided tour of “Götheborg” – one of the largest full-rigged wooden sailing ships in the world; and so on.
