Wåhlin law firm assisted the owners of the Vaculex group in transfer to Piab.
Vaculex is a leading producer of vacuum based lifting and handling systems. The company is developing and marketing ergonomic handling systems based om vacuum technology for a range of applications such as luggage handling, packeting, distribution and logistics.
