Peter Bengtcen Hummelblad at Wåhlin has assisted the majority shareholder of Netsafe, one of Swedens leading consultants in network, security and computer center, in a corporate merger with Conscia.

The goal is, according to Mogens Bransholm, to make Netsafe to the leading systems integration firm in Sweden for customers with very high demands regarding IT – and thereby reach a turnover of 500 million SEK during the next five years.
