Anna is based in the firm’s Stockholm office and specialises in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), corporate law, contract law and Equity Capital Markets. She has substantial experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, acting for buyers and sellers alike.
