Peter Sarkia is part of the firm’s practice groups for M&A and Insurance. He is based in Stockholm and has been advising on Swedish, Nordic, and international transactions across various industries for 30 years. Additionally, he regularly assists clients in structuring international investments, corporate law matters, and various commercial agreements.
Throughout his career, Peter has specialised in insurance and reinsurance. His expertise covers a wide range of insurance-related issues, including regulated cross-border transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, as well as portfolio transfers. He provides regular advice on regulatory matters and guidance on insurance distribution and insurance contracts. Peter also has significant experience representing clients in the settlement of insurance claims and in insurance and reinsurance disputes.
