Anna leads the firm’s dispute resolution group and provides strategic dispute-related advice to the firm’s clients. Her responsibilities include acting as a representative before courts and arbitration panels and assisting clients in negotiations. Anna accepts appointment as arbitrator.
Anna’s background has equipped her with broad general legal expertise and profound procedural knowledge. She possesses a keen insight into the issues parties face when a dispute arises.
Anna also serves as an estate division executor and assists parties in complex division of property proceedings.
The disputes Anna works on cover a wide spectrum of legal areas, including commercial agreements, construction and consultancy law, as well as tort and insurance law.
