Environmental law expert Jonas Månsson joins Wåhlin Advokater as partner. Through this strategic recruitment in environmental law, Wåhlin boosts its offering further.

Jonas has most recently operated his own business and has long and broad experience in environmental law with a focus on water law, environmentally hazardous operations and supervisory and permit review. Jonas also has considerable experience in real property law, such as property formation, expropriation, facility construction and utility easement rights. Many of his clients are land and forest owners, real estate businesses or energy-producing industries. Jonas is a frequent lecturer in his fields and has a particular interest in questions relating to compensation for expropriation and environmental damage.
