Wåhlin advises Nordic IVF and Stockholm IVF in the sale to the newly formed company Eugin Sweden. Nordic IVF and Stockholm IVF have a total of 20 reproductive specialists at their four clinics in Stockholm, Malmö and Gothenburg. The four clinics will merge into Eugin Sweden. The buyer, the Spanish company Eugin, is one of the world’s largest IVF groups with 21 clinics globally.

Wåhlin’s team consists of partner Fredrika Hörlin and associates Maria Karlsson and Mikaela Jonsson.
