Wåhlin has advised cyber defense group C-Resiliens AB in its acquisition of West Code Group AB. C-Resiliens offers packaged services and products to vital societal functions such as government agencies, the military, and the private sector. West Code Group is a supplier of software, hardware and high-end services within digital security. Wåhlin’s team has mainly consisted of partner Peter Dyer and senior assocate Alexandra Thörnroos.
