Wåhlin advises Hill & Smith PLC in divestment of Swedish road safety provider ATA
Wåhlin has advised UK based infrastructure group Hill & Smith PLC in its sale of the Swedish road safety provider ATA to G-G Invest AB. Hill & Smith PLC, which is listed on the London stock exchange, is a global provider of products and services to support road and highway infrastructure, including road safety barriers, renewable energy lighting and street lighting columns.
