Interlaw AGM in Edinburgh. The theme of the AGM was ‘Optimism and Opportunity in an Era of Change’.

We began with InterlawCares, a programme designed to support local environmental and community initiatives. In collaboration with The Water of Leith Conservation Trust, we cleared dead foliage along the Water of Leith in Edinburgh.

The conference then moved on to topical discussions on issues affecting the legal industry and business more broadly, as well as interesting talks on management and leadership. At the event on energy, infrastructure and climate change, we heard from leading community and peer-to-peer energy sector voices.

Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP hosted and arranged the conference excellently. Chris Harte and his impressive team ensured that the delegates had an unforgettable experience, presenting the finest aspects of Scottish culture. Highlights included learning the ceilidh dance at the Johnnie Walker Experience, enjoying a cocktail reception at the beautiful Edinburgh Castle and having dinner at the exceptional National Scottish Museum, where we had the opportunity to showcase our newly acquired ceilidh dancing skills.
